AIKit prioritizes local, on-device processing whenever possible. For browser-based tools such as the Image Editor, Audio Recorder, and PDF Tools, your files are processed entirely within your browser and never leave your device. For server-side operations — including AI-powered features, file conversions, and background removal — files are uploaded to our secure servers, processed, and immediately deleted upon completion. We do not retain copies of your processed files.

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

• •Account information: email address, name, and hashed password when you create an account.
• •Usage data: anonymized analytics about which tools are used and how often, to improve our platform.
• •Session data: authentication tokens and session identifiers to keep you signed in.
• •Payment data: billing information is processed securely through our payment partner (Stripe). We never store your full payment details.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage analytics are aggregated and anonymized within 30 days. Processed files (AI generations, conversions) are deleted immediately after delivery. Temporarily uploaded files (e.g., for AI music processing) are automatically purged within 30 minutes. You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
