Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using AI Mobilestore ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

AI Mobilestore provides a comprehensive suite of digital tools and AI-powered services, including but not limited to:

• •Browser-based tools: image editing, PDF manipulation, audio recording, video editing, color tools, developer utilities, and text processing.
• •AI-powered features: AI companion chat, text generation, resume builder, music generation (SoundKit), and content creation.
• •Media processing: file conversion (audio, video, image, document), background removal, OCR text extraction, and speech-to-text transcription.

We may update, modify, add, or remove tools and features at any time without prior notice. Pricing and plan terms may change.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit suspicious activity.

Paid access to AI Mobilestore is available in two ways: through your mobile operator (carrier billing), or as an in-app subscription in the AI Mobilestore app for iOS and Android. We do not sell credits, packs or add-ons, and we never ask for card details inside the app.

• •Carrier billing — paid access is charged through your mobile operator, which handles renewal and cancellation.
• •In-app subscription — in the app you can subscribe weekly or monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The price and period are shown before you buy.
• •Automatic renewal — an in-app subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your store account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• •Cancelling — manage or cancel an in-app subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your AI Mobilestore account does not cancel a store subscription.
• •Refunds — refunds for in-app subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
• •On-device utilities — the app's on-device utilities (such as QR codes, passwords and text tools) can be used without a subscription.

Questions about carrier charges are best directed to your mobile operator, and questions about store charges to Apple or Google. You can check your plan at any time in the app's Profile or your dashboard.

Your subscription includes fair-use allowances for the AI features, counted per billing period: per week on a weekly plan, and per month on a monthly plan or carrier billing. Allowances renew at the start of each period and unused allowance does not carry over. We may also apply technical rate limits to keep the Service reliable and to prevent abuse. You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• •Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• •Upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, or violates third-party rights.
• •Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without authorization.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• •Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.

In-app subscriptions (App Store or Google Play), allowances per week / per month: AI requests (chat, experts, writing, photo analysis and other text tools) 200 / 800; images 10 / 30; songs 5 / 20; music extras (stems, WAV, music video, cover art, synced lyrics) 8 / 30; AI videos 3 / 10; background removals 15 / 60; file conversions 10 / 40. A request only counts when it succeeds. The app's Profile shows what you have used in the current period. Operator-billed (carrier) subscriptions have their own monthly allowances, shown in the app's Profile and on your dashboard.

The AI Mobilestore platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SAM Media B.V. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Content you create using our tools belongs to you, subject to the terms of any third-party AI models used in generation. You grant us no rights over your content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAM Media B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
